Donna Blinman Animal Rehabilitation

It was Donna’ s love and passion for the natural world that first inspired her to train as a veterinary surgeon and start her career in the field of medicine.  After obtaining degrees in both veterinary medicine and veterinary pathology she spent a year in Belgium undertaking a medical and surgical equine internship, followed by five years working in specialist veterinary practices in both England and Europe.  She then trained in veterinary acupuncture in the UK and in equine and canine osteopathy in Germany before setting up her own practice in the UK.

Inspired by her understanding of the pivotal role that emotional health plays in physical well being, Donna also went on to obtained her certification in life coaching. This enables her to work with and educate animal owners on how to care for their pets emotionally as well as physically.

Through her practice DBAR she provides holistic alternative treatment for animals using her unique combination of skills in conventional and alternative veterinary medicine, osteopathy and myofascial treatment.

Donna also offers coaching sessions to animal owners who want to work with the emotional components of long term health problems and behavioural difficulties in their animals.
